Six-20 Camera Day 2010 was pretty well received on flickr: we had 49 members up to the day in question, and gained three additional ones after the fact. There weren't as many photos posted as I would have liked, and there were many members who begged forgiveness for not participating after all...still, there was a decent turnout world-wide, with members in Australia, England, Israel, Germany, Canada and the U.S. participating. My older son, Derek (age 24), in Connecticut, participated as well, using a loaner Brownie, as did my younger son, Keane (7), using my Ansco Pioneer.
What follows on these pages are pics of the cameras used by me on that day, preceding a few pics shot by that camera. Yes, I shot three cameras for the occasion; actually four, but the film I used in the fourth one was very old so I got no images from it.
Derek's pics, shot with the Brownie Target Six-20 (converted to shoot double the usual 8 pics) follow those I shot, and a link to his flickr photostream is at the bottom of the page, in case you want to see more of his work. Keane's pics will be posted soon.

Six-20 Kodak Brownie
made in England in the 1930s, I believe it to be the most attractive box camera ever
