As of October 2008, my most recent acquisition. Capable of either 8 6x9 images or 16 6x4.5 images on 120 film, by use of "wings" that fold down across the film plane.
Made in USA but with distinctive German styling, this has the same built-in yellow filter/smaller aperture slide that the D-6 Shur-Shot has (q.v.), plus a Time lever.
For the closer images below, I used the smaller aperture instead of a Close-up Attachment, which I don't have for this camera anyway.
Note: I no longer have this camera in my possession. It is one of two which I traded recently (2009) for a Diana "toy" camera.
June 2011: I had to go and get another, this one with a completely different faceplate, but with the same features as described above, plus a swing-over "close-up" lens (5-10 ft.). See those pics starting at the bottom of page 1.
