Balda Baldax
Balda Baldax
I bought this nifty looking German folder in September 2009 from a fellow collector at nelsonfoto.com -- the bellows are nice, supple and leak-free, which is a switch for me. The lens is a Meyer Goerlitz Trioplan f/2.9 with a Compur shutter, which is surprisingly fast for a consumer-grade camera from the 1930s. Shutter speeds are 1 to 1/250 plus T and B. Oh, and it's already a 6x4.5 format on 120, so I don't have to convert it!

Film used on the six photos that follow the camera pics was Ilford XP2 (old stock, before it became Thuper), commercially developed and processed.

Pics that follow those have tech data in caption.
