Made in England by Kodak Ltd., this is one of the last of a long line of similar box Brownies - don't quote me, but it might have been the late 50s when this one was put out.
It has flash contacts and will accept perfectly the flasholder from a Brownie Reflex Synchro Model (the 127-film version put out first in the 30s).
A built-in close-up lens is its main feature, but it also has a bulb feature. When the close-up lens is used you get a very nice vignetting effect, which I'm sure wasn't planned by the manufacturers.
I like this one a lot and have used it at professional gigs alongside more hi-tech cameras.
