This model of camera, issued by Kodak, was normally one provided as a free promotional gift for businesses to hand out. It couldn't be simpler in construction: one shutter speed, one viewfinder on top, no additional apertures, no bulb feature. And yet...one can get surprisingly sharp pictures with it.
If it were covered with brown leatherette instead of black, this would be the same model as the Kodak Anniversary Camera, given out to more than 50,000 12-year-olds in 1930, the 50th anniversary of the Eastman Kodak Company..
February 2010: In the interests of reducing my collection I have sold this camera to another collector.
