Now for the fine print: If you submit an item with a lot of surface noise, like a badly scratched record or a copy of a copy on cassette, I cannot guarantee the sound quality of the CD. I will be able to do a little noise reduction for you, within reason.

Please make your selections carefully. If you know in advance that the sound quality is questionable, please let me know at the time of your order. If it's something you are unable to check, I may be in touch with you to discuss what to do next (i.e., send it back, or pay an additional fee for major noise reduction).

63audio wants you to be happy with your CDs, and offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, within a month from receiving your order, you are not thrilled with your "new" music (surface noise problems notwithstanding), let me know and I'll do what I can to fix it.
