This box camera was the very first issued by Kodak to take the then-new 620 film. It has a "swing-over" close-up lens (from 5 ft. to 10 ft., some close-up, right?), more than one aperture (waterhouse-type on a sliding bar), and the usual time feature (another sliding bar).
It's really effective on long shots, but I didn't seem to have much success with the close-up lens..
February 2010: In the interests of reducing my collection I have sold this camera to another collector.
